THIS week's Step Back in Time collection is focussing on the summer of 1976, a year of drought, labour strikes, and the emergence of punk.
In our selection of images this week, provided courtesy of the Falmouth History Archive, are doctors walking out at Treliske Hospital, a crucifix from Glasney, and the well-behaved dogs of the Police Dog Display Team with their handlers.
Also included are the young Miss Benson and Hedges with their trophies, a Durgan sports event, a ghost story at the King's Arms, and a young chef and her sausage rolls.
