A net total of 60 helped Mike Brownfield win the Rider Cup
A NET round of 60 helped Mike Brownfield win the Rider Cup at Praa Sands Golf Club on Sunday.
His score pushed him ahead of the chasing pack, with four players, Simon Moody, Rob Gall, Mike Hatch and Matthew Lawrence all finishing on 61.
Moody was awarded second place on countback and Gall third.
In the Ladies' Monthly Medal, Ann Seabrook's total of 68 saw her top the leaderboard, two ahead of Judy Harris who claimed second place on countback from Di Lyons and Anna Harry.
Lyons' gross score of 89 saw her win the Ladies' Scratch Salver.
